Guess what’s better than regular beer bread? It’s cheesy garlic beer bread! This cheesy garlic beer bread recipe is super simple yet so tasty. You will be making it again and again. It goes great with Two-Sauce Italian Sausage Lasagna or Fancy Pants Chicken Casserole Recipe.
Fun fact: Garlic bread stems from the Italian bruschetta, bruschetta alla romana to be exact. “Brusciare” meaning to toast, bruschetta alla romana is toasted bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with oil and salt.

Cheesy Garlic Beer Bread Recipe

Cheesy Garlic Beer Bread

Makes 1 9×9 loaf pan
3 C flour
1 TBSP Baking powder
1 TBSP Garlic powder/salt
1 tsp kosher salt
2 C shredded cheese
1 12 oz of beer
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a baking dish with pam baking spray
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic, salt and
cheddar cheese
Mix in the beer until combined
Scoop into the baking dish
Top with some more cheese
Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes
Cool completely.
