Chicken Wing & Tenders Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

Wings:
6-8 Jerk Chicken Spiced Wings
– 1 cup Jerk seasoning
6-8 Honey BBQ Wings
– 1 cup Honey BBQ Wing Sauce
6-8 Spicy BBQ Wings
– 1 cup Spicy BBQ Sauce
6-8 Korean BBQ Wings
– 1 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
6-8 Caribbean Wings
– 1 cup Caribbean Wing Sauce
6-8 Buffalo Hot Wings
– 1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
6-8 Teriyaki Wings
– 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce

Tenders:
1 large bag of frozen chicken nuggets
1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
Extra:
12-16 Mini Peppers
5-6 Celery & Carrots, Cut and sliced
1⁄2 cup Ranch
1⁄2 cup BBQ Sauce

Chicken Wing & Tenders Charcuterie Board

Instructions:

Wings:
Prep your chicken wings by rinsing and then pat the chicken wings dry.
Set to the side.

Jerk Spiced:
In a large bowl with a lid, add your baking powder and jerk spice, whisk to combine.
Add the 8-10 pieces of chicken wings to the baking powder and seasoning mixture.
Toss the chicken around in the bowl to ensure that they are evenly covered with seasoning.
Place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 50 minutes.
Flip your wings at the halfway point to ensure even cooking.
Remove from the oven and cover the chicken wings to keep them warm.

All Other Wings:
In a large bowl with a lid, add your baking powder .
Toss the chicken around in the bowl to ensure that they are evenly covered with Baking powder.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken wings from the oven and set to the side.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over a pot over medium-high heat to 350 F.
Add 8-10 pieces of chicken to the oil and fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy. .
Transfer to a wire rack to drain.
Brush each batch with various wing sauces on all sides.

Tenders:
Bake the nuggets as directed on the bag.
Separate the nuggets by thirds.
Place 1⁄3 of the nuggets in a bowl and add your buffalo sauce, toss to combine.
Place another 1⁄3 of the nuggets in a separate bowl and add the garlic parmesan sauce and toss to combine.

Charcuterie Board
Place the ramekins filled with ranch and bbq sauce on the board.
Begin to place the chicken wings on the board separating each flavor.
Place the peppers and carrot celery sticks on the board.
Fill in all gaps with the 3 types of chicken nuggets.
Serve warm and enjoy.
