Serves: 18 – 5.5 oz cookies

Ingredients:
2 C unsalted sweet cream butter, cold, cut into cubes
3 C sugar
4 large eggs
3 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp pure almond extract
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 C cake flour
4 C flour
3 C chopped frosted circus animal cookies
4 C white chocolate chips
2 C rainbow jimmies sprinkles
18 muffin baking rings

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone
baking mat.
Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Beat in the vanilla until combined.
Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and cake flour.

Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet until combined and smooth.
