Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
This Tater Tot Casserole is one of the easiest things to make and I promise your kids will gobble it up! I don’t know about you but I appreciate any meal my kids eat with out complaining.
Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
Tater Tot Casserole Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 -2 cans of 15 oz green beans, drained
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cups cheese, shredded
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- salt and pepper to taste
Tater Tot Casserole Directions:
Brown the ground turkey and onion. Drain off grease and spread across the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Spread green beans across the meat.
Mix together the soup, milk, and sour cream. Spread on top of the meat and green beans.
Spread tater tots across the soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees until the tater tots are cooked.

Crumbl Blue Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 1 1⁄3 c light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 c flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
- 1 c chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- Vanilla frosting:
- 1 C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 2 1⁄2 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Sky blue gel food color
- 18 mini chocolate chip cookies
- 1 c crushed cookies
- 1 large piping bag with a large round tip
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Using a standing mixer, beat the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla until combined, smooth and fluffy.
Using a small bowl, whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Gradually beat in the flour into the wet until a dough has formed.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and the crushed cookies.
Using a medium ice cream scooper and a food scale (if you have one, you don't really need it).
Scoop out some cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Weigh the cookie dough ball to 2.5oz that way you get even sized cookies when they bake.
You don't have to actually weigh the cookies, it's only if you want to!
Bake the cookies for 13-16 minutes or until a light golden brown.
Remove and allow to cool completely.
Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy whipping cream until combined, smooth and holds a peak.
Beat in a few drops of the sky blue gel food coloring until combined.
Scoop the frosting into the piping bags.
Start from the center of the cookie, pipe a thick ring of frosting to the edge of the cookie.
Sprinkle some of the crushed cookies on top and plate.
