This white chicken chili recipe is a simple and delicious meal the whole family will enjoy. It’s the perfect way to warm up on a cold day.

This Tex-Mex white chicken chili is so yummy. I love white chicken chili and prefer it over regular chili. But for some reason, it took a while before I had a good recipe. 1 lb chicken
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans Navy Beans
2 cans Northern Beans
1 can Rotel with chilies
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
1 pint whipping cream

White Chicken Chili ingredients


Boil the chicken and shred it.

Add in most of the ingredients: beans, chilies, chicken broth, seasonings, and onion.

Simmer for 30 minutes. White chicken chili directions

Remove from heat.

Add 1 cup sour cream and 1-pint whipping cream.

If you do not want to use chicken you can sub tempeh.

If you cannot find Navy beans you can substitute cannellini beans.
