White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge
I’ve got strawberries on my mind lately. I’ve decided that this year is the year that I am going to resume gardening. Mainly because I am worried that there’s going to be food shortages. I planted strawberries earlier today and I can’t wait until they are ready so I can make this white chocolate strawberry fudge recipe. Thanks to the pink tint this would make a good recipe for Valentine’s Day. You could just top it off with Valentine’s day sprinkles.
White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge

3 C white chocolate chips – I use Nestle white chocolate morsels but you can use anything.
3⁄4 C strawberry cake mix
1 – 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
Line a 9×5 baking dish with parchment paper.
Using a medium bowl, whisk the cake mix and sweetened condensed milk together until combined.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips into a medium pot over medium heat.
Mix the fudge using a rubber spatula until smooth.
Pour the strawberry fudge into the baking dish and spread evenly.
